1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this giveaway is Enchanted Connections, Toronto, Ontario ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company or its subsidiaries.
2. Eligibility
Open worldwide to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, wherever they live. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. This giveaway is void, and participation is not permitted, where prohibited or restricted by law, and each entrant is responsible for confirming that entering is lawful where they live.
3. Giveaway period
One drawing is held for each calendar month. A giveaway period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of a month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that month.
4. How to enter
(a) Membership entry: every member whose Enchanted Connections membership is active for a full calendar month is automatically entered once for that month. (b) Free entry: to enter without making a purchase, email your full name, email address, date of birth and the month you are entering to contact@pixie-pals.com during that same calendar month. Free entries receive the same chance of winning as membership entries. Limit one (1) entry per person per month. Automated, duplicate or incomplete entries are void.
5. The prize
One (1) prize per drawing: a five (5) day trip for the winner and one (1) guest to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, including lodging at a Disney Deluxe Resort for the duration of the trip, five (5) day Park Hopper tickets for two (2), and the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan for two (2), which provides two (2) table service meals, one (1) quick service meal and one (1) snack per person per day. Transportation is not included. The prize does not include airfare, train or bus travel to or from Florida, airport transfers, ground transportation, parking, gratuities, travel insurance or any other expense not expressly listed. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is US$6,500 and varies with the resort selected, travel dates and current rates. If the actual value is lower than the stated ARV, no difference will be awarded. International winners are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa, travel authorisation or other entry requirement needed to travel to the United States, and for any costs related to those documents. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and must be accepted as awarded.
6. Booking the trip
Each winner is drawn and notified approximately seventy (70) days before the trip so that the winner can make advance dining reservations within the standard booking window. The winner must provide preferred travel dates, which are subject to availability and may exclude blackout dates and peak holiday periods. Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of the drawing unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing. Sponsor is not responsible for unavailable reservations, or for park, ride, restaurant or attraction closures, weather, or other events beyond its control. If the winner cannot travel on the confirmed dates, the prize may be forfeited.
7. Winner selection and odds
Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that month, conducted by Sponsor within five (5) days after the end of the giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Notification
The potential winner is notified by email at the address associated with the entry and must respond within five (5) days. The winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond, is ineligible or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Taxes and publicity
The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, withholdings and tax reporting on the prize in their own country of residence. A winner who is a United States resident will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Sponsor if required by law. Except where prohibited, accepting the prize allows Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city and state in connection with the giveaway, without additional compensation.
10. General conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend or change the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other circumstance impairs its fairness or integrity, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. By entering, participants accept these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. To the extent permitted by law, participants release Sponsor from liability for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation or from accepting, using or misusing the prize.
11. Governing law and rules requests
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. For a copy of these Official Rules or the name of a monthly winner, email contact@pixie-pals.com.
